Stringing workshop
Tennis stringing software built for the club counter
MyTennisApp replaces the sticky-note wall: every racket has a ticket (dropped off, in progress, ready, picked up), the player is notified, and a D+30 reminder can go out if they consented. It is not a till, and not a court-booking tool.
What a notebook loses
At the counter, a forgotten racket costs a customer. An unrecorded tension costs a second visit. A player who never returns 30 days later costs the next restring. The job is not “digitise the club”: it is to keep the thread between front desk and workshop.
Six screens, including a stringing board
The ticket holds the racket, string, tension and price. “Ready” triggers a notification. The player profile keeps the history. Import members from BalleJaune or Excel: MyTennisApp complements that tool, it does not replace it.
The D+30 reminder, with consent
SMS, in the club's name, only to players who agreed to be contacted. The dashboard then shows reminders against revenue actually taken — not a fabricated open rate.
What this is not
No court booking, no NF525-certified checkout, no showcase website included. Today's product is six screens. Clubs looking for a full tennis ERP should keep their current tool and add MyTennisApp beside it.
Try it with the club's data
14 days, no card, no lock-in. If you are in the Alpes-Maritimes, you can also apply as a pilot club: we will publish your real figures only with your approval.
