Built for tennis clubs
Track every racket in real time, let players know the moment it's ready, ring up your sales and keep the front desk and workshop in sync. Automatic reminders by SMS bring your players back to the club and grow your revenue.
Racket ready
Already a customer
Front desk, stringing workshop or management: access your players, string jobs, pro shop sales and reminders in your club app.
Keep your habits
Already using BalleJaune or a spreadsheet? Import your members in 5 minutes.
MyTennisApp complements your existing setup — it doesn't disrupt it: import your member list from a CSV or Excel file and start tracking string jobs right away.
Same club, same team — without the oversights.

Shift handover
A scribbled note at the counter that nobody reads
Access rights
One shared notebook — or one shared password — for everyone
Who decides
The page speaks to the board and to the counter. Here is what each checks before saying yes.
Chair or treasurer
€29 or €49 with no lock-in, 14-day trial without a card, data in France, export anytime. The calculator is a hypothesis: the real figure will show on your dashboard, club by club.
Staff or proshop manager
Six screens, one ticket per racket, team messaging. No certified till, no court booking to learn. A volunteer can run the counter after one afternoon.
The product
Every screen answers a real counter need — no bloated modules, no week-long training.

The real path: racket drop-off, “ready” status, D+30 reminder. Forty seconds to see MyTennisApp in action, without a sales pitch.
For your club
MyTennisApp isn't one more screen to manage: it's a tool that works for your club while you're on the court.
No more sticky notes, “is it ready?” calls or manual follow-ups: “racket ready” notifications and restringing reminders go out on their own. Your team focuses on the front desk, the workshop and sales.
The D+30 reminder brings players back to the workshop who would never have returned on their own. Every euro generated is measured on your dashboard: you know exactly what your reminders earn you.
Racket bought for €130, sold for €170: margin is obvious. €70 reel: see what it earns job after job. “New arrivals” campaigns to the right customers — without guessing profitability.
Stringing reminders and proshop campaigns go out by SMS, where your players actually read their messages — automatically, in your club's name.
Automatic reminders
Strings wear down with hours of play. Players rarely notice — MyTennisApp reminds them for you, by SMS, in your club's name, and only if they agreed to be contacted.
Day 0
The stringing ticket is closed. The reminder rule starts on its own, with no action needed from you.
D+30
SMS, editable message, sent in the club's name. You can adjust the timing and wording at any time.
A few days later
They stop by the workshop… and often leave with a grip or a can of balls from the proshop.
Every reminder sent is measured: your dashboard shows reminders against revenue actually taken afterwards. SMS go only to players who gave consent (GDPR). Proshop sales linked to a player profile enable targeted campaigns — without inventing a conversion rate.
SMSA ballpark figure to adjust with your real volumes. This is not a customer-club result: it is a conservative hypothesis to help you judge whether Club+ (SMS) can pay for itself.
Fill this with your workshop feel — not a national statistic.
Illustrative estimate. No-return and conversion rates do not yet come from a live customer club. Adjust the sliders with your numbers, then measure the real result on the dashboard.
Assumption used: 20% of reminded players come back. Formula: restrings/month × 12 × price × no-return × 20%.

No — it complements it. MyTennisApp focuses on the stringing workshop, the proshop and customer reminders — what generalist management tools don't do. Import your member list from BalleJaune or a spreadsheet with a simple CSV/Excel file: a club is up and running in 5 minutes.
Your club's and players' data is protected — without marketing fluff.
Consent, right to erasure and portability built in natively.
SMS reminders go only to players who agreed to be contacted. The club remains responsible for collecting that consent.
Servers in France — 100% European data.
Automatic backup every night, 30-day retention.
All communications are encrypted end to end.
Payments stay on your card terminal: no card data ever transits through the tool.
